For general visitor information please call our Tourist Information Line on +44 (0)114 221 1900.  This service is available Monday to Saturday between 9.00 am and 5.30 pm.  An answering service operates outside of these times for brochure ordering.  You can also email us at visitor@yorkshiresouth.com We aim to respond to email requests and recorded messages by no later than the end of the working after the one on which they are received - if we can respond early, we will do!

 

 

The Tourist Information Centre (TIC) is located at 14 Norfolk Row, right in the heart of the city centre and easily accessible from Norfolk Street by the Crucible Theatre and Fargate.  The TIC offers a wide range of information about what to see, what to do and where to stay in Sheffield for visitors arriving in the city.  Local residents will also find the information useful - helping them to plan days out in and around Sheffield.

 

The TIC is open Monday to Friday 10:00am to 5:00pm and on Saturdays from 10:00am to 4:00pm.

 

 

Sheffield's comprehensive visitor guide is available free of charge.  It can be picked up from the Tourist Information Centre or we are happy to send a copy direct to you.
